This is such an amazing opener for the hips, back and chest but to get the alignment right is so key. You can see my side here isn’t properly aligned and iv pulled the right hip too far over trying to place my palm into the floor! Really I should be rooting me heels to the earth & having a beautiful line owing from the right heel to the finger tips. To achieve this I would spend longer opening up the hips and then be sure to rotate my hips and shoulders to face the wall I from of me. See how the rip hip is pulling and rotating too much!
